Critical Connections in the Pilates Method (3 hours)
Day: August 1- 3:00pm to 6:00pm
Pilates is all about using the body as an integrated whole. By using critical anatomical connections and movement concepts driven by imagery that have real physical applications, we achieve healthy, powerful and coordinated movement. Exploring concepts such as centerline, pelvic anchoring, and other key connective points, this workshop will stretch and expand your understanding of how movement is supported and enhanced throughout the Pilates repertoire. Form a deeper understanding within your own practice, and learn how to “make the connection” for your clients as well!
