Glow & Flow Yoga

Come together to GLOW and share the light on the outside as a
reflection of our hearts on the inside. Glow & Flow at Studio
108 will feature blacklight yoga for a fun, immersive visual
experience. Fun upbeat music will also help find our playful
spirits and movement meditation together. Encouragement to wear
NEON colors like neon pink, orange, yellow, and green for the most
impactful glow. White does not glow as well. Accessories & body
markers to be provided to help you find your innermost powerful
shine! Let's Glow & Flow. together as a community. Please
arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour early if you care to take photos &
accessorize.
