Cueing is more than giving directions—it's about creating connection, trust, and clarity. Whether you're a seasoned teacher or just getting started, this workshop will help you refine your verbal language and build confidence in how you guide students through movement and stillness.
Designed with inclusivity and accessibility at its core, Cue It Up gives you tools to communicate effectively across different learning styles, body types, and experience levels. You’ll explore how to say more with less, how to cue for sensation over shape, and how to lead from a place of presence rather than perfection.
In this interactive
and hands-on workshop, you'll explore:
The anatomy of a good cue: clarity, direction, and
intention
Inclusive language and avoiding ableist or body-shaming
phrasing
Balancing structure and creativity in your verbal
instructions
When (and how) to use breath cues, spatial cues, and energetic
cues
Group and one-on-one cueing practice with real-time feedback
Expect a mix of lecture, movement, partner work, and reflective journaling. You’ll walk away with a fresh set of tools to communicate clearly, inspire confidently, and teach with a voice that feels like you.

This fun and empowering intermediate Vinyasa class is designed to build strength, boost confidence, and leave you feeling energized. We’ll move through a strong, steady flow that challenges your body and helps you connect with your breath. Expect a mix of standing poses, balances, and core work, with options to explore deeper variations. This class is perfect for yogis ready to grow their practice and feel powerful on and off the mat.
Bradshaw studied under master teacher Jason Crandell for his 500-hour certification, and his classes are both educational and anatomical, all while maintaining a lighthearted, fun vibe.
