Body Care & Repair Yoga & More with new IPF teacher, Tanya Harmon. What to expect: Approachable, functional, whole-body movement Strength, mobility, and balance (without fancy poses or handstands) A supportive practice to keep you primed for everything from sports to gardening to chasing kids or grandkids Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm.
