This series is designed for dancers with some bachata experience. This sexy dance hailing from The Dominican Republic has created a huge stir over the last decade. We will cover all the basic body movement and timing along with fun partnering turn patterns to get you started and prepared for the Advanced Level class and social dancing. **This is a rotation class. Please be prepared to rotate with everyone in the class.**If you prefer not to rotate please consider private lessons**

Welcome to our Fusion Bachata Series! Throughout the course, you will learn the fundamentals of Bachata, a style of Latin dance that originated in the Dominican Republic, with a focus on sensual movements.

Each of our four one-hour classes will start with a warm-up session, including stretching exercises and basic footwork drills, to get you familiar with the rhythm and tempo of the music. Then, our experienced instructors will guide you through the basic bachata movements required to dance at today’s modern socials.

Throughout the series, you'll have opportunities to practice your technique and develop your own personal style. We'll also include a discount to our Wednesday social dances, where you can put your new skills to the test and dance with other classmates.

Our Fusion Bachata Series is suitable for dancers who already know the basic steps and turns, but are looking to step up to the next level with their social dancing. It’s a fun and dynamic way to learn a beautiful and expressive style of dance. Join us for an unforgettable dance experience!

Our Level 3 Fusion curriculum consists of two 4 week series, and we alternate between curriculum 3a and 3b. You will want to master the material from both before moving on to the level 4 series.

This series is designed for dancers with a minimum of 4 months of bachata experience. Sensual Bachata techniques will be introduced. This sexy dance hailing from The Dominican Republic has created a huge stir over the last decade. With Mega Artists like Shakira, Usher and Drake adding Bachata to their Repertoires, the world is starting to discover this hot latin dance. We will be covering open, closed and close positions, so this class is not for the timid. We will cover Musicality, Connection, Footwork, Body Movement, Cool Partnering Patterns and much more! Come find out what all the buzz is about! Students must Complete at LEAST 3 months of intermediate classes before requesting a test for advanced classes.
