We will explore the soul through words, meditation, and movement, focusing on self-expression for self-growth. Using some simple journaling prompts, we will take time to see what things truly matter in our hearts. Connecting the dots between the exercises, conversations, and movement to find the true underlying theme of what we really want.

Movement is healing!
Movement can shift our physical bodies into better states of health and alignment. However, movement can also help shift our minds and spirits into deeper states of peace and understanding. In this workshop, movement will be used as a healing modality to address the way that we hold emotion both in the mind and in the body. We will take a deeper look specifically at the emotional state/action of forgiveness.
If you are looking to start off the new year of 2022 releasing old stories and patterns and dive deeper into the practice of forgiving yourself and others then this is the workshop for you!
