90 Minute Immersive Floating Sound Bath with Alli
In this 90 minute workshop while floating in your suspension rig in the air, Alli will guide you through a Sound Bath! Wrap yourself up in the canopy for this beautiful weightless Floating Sound Bath experience.

Come and join our Hot Beginner Yoga Workshops where you can acclimatise to the practice of the Hot Yoga Sequence, where you can ask questions; and build your understanding of the benefits of the postures, all in a small group with individual attention.
Whether you are new to Hot Yoga practise or have a regular practise or are interested in exploring the discipline, join this workshop to dive into the 'What', 'How' and 'Why' of each pose.
This will give you the knowledge that you are practising the postures to the best of your abilities, for your body, maximising the benefits of your practice.
This is a fun interactive workshop where you can rest when you need to, ask questions as they come up.
