Designing programming for athletes, weekend warriors and anyone looking to enhance their mobility
 
 
 
‚ÄćIntegrating Yoga-Based principals for warming up, cooling down or into a class for sport or activity-specific training
 
 
 
Sequencing acquired over 15 years, 10,000 hours of teaching practice and successfully proven from thousands of athletes taught
 
 
 
Specialty classes for schools, teams, clubs, sports and therapy facilities
 
 
 
This is a prerequisite for Yoga for Athletes Pt. 2, which will take place this same weekend.
 
 
 
NOTE: To be qualified for this training you must meet one of the following requirements: a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, athletic or personal trainer, licensed massage, occupational or physical therapist, chiropractor, physician or nurse, coach or athletic director.
 
 
 
Please include your current certifications and training in an attachment. Space is limited in this workshop and we will review your background to ensure that this training will enhance your experience.
 
 
 
You will be sent a PowerPoint Presentation 5 days prior to training to review and a POP QUIZ will be given.
 
 
 
You must possess a strong working knowledge of anatomy, physiology and movement methodology. No need for Yoga certification if you meet the other requirements, as this will NOT be a Yoga Training, but a new way to teach athletes about injury prevention, mobility and stretching.

Learn how to master the potential challenges, boundaries and resources you will create to best help your Athletes
 
 
 
Access to high quality and original videos, corrective body part specific Yoga-Based flows and individual poses for injury prevention and performance enhancement
 
 
 
Construct programming for stress management, performance enhancement and periodization
 
 
 
Delve into the Business side of training Athletes

Yoga class set to contemporary gospel and inspirational music to increase and enhance the mind, body, and spirit connection on the mat. Class will focus on basic yoga postures that develop alignment and awareness in the body, encourage physical endurance and strength, and encourage practitioners to discover what their bodies can do. Hopefully, practitioners will discover how the physical yoga practice can be a beneficial addition to one's spiritual life.
