This 7-week yin yoga series invites you into a quiet, inward exploration of the bodyโs energetic landscape. Through long-held yin postures, we will work with both the chakra system and the meridian pathways rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, supporting the flow of life energy (qi) throughout the body.
Each week we will focus on a different chakra, observing how physical sensation, emotional tone, and subtle energy shift with time and stillness. Poses are held for several minutes to encourage deep release, nervous system regulation, and mindful awareness of what arises in the body and mind.
This practice offers space for reflection, balance, and reconnectionโmeeting yourself exactly where you are.

This gentle flow yoga series is suitable for all experience levels, beginners through yogis. The practice will stretch your body and soothe your mind, helping you sail through the rest of your week with ease and grace. Modifications will be suggested, to allow for EVERY body to participate in this series.
Each class in this series offers a coordinated collection of the challenging, slow-moving, ballistic and/or controlled muscle- building workouts. As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass and with it the ability to do the things that we would love to be able to do for the rest of our life, but we donโt have to lose that muscle mass. We can defend our muscle mass, mobility, and co-ordination.
Strength training doesnโt just enhance the benefits of yoga, it increases a yogiโs ability to not only achieve challenging poses but also enhances their ability to perform activities of daily living with less fatigue. When we build muscle, our bodies naturally burn more glucose even at rest; increase bone density; and demonstrate more muscle definition. As you get stronger you will notice that your balance improves, and your yoga practice improves.
