Join Lyndsey Stropkey and John Welton to rest, receive, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit during this restorative practice. We will breathe and connect inward with some gentle movement to begin. Then, Lyndsey & John will assist you as you set up in restorative yoga postures using cushions, blocks, blankets, and chairs to support your body in completely letting go and relaxing. While you rest, Lyndsey and John will be practicing Reiki, both hands-on and hands off, as well as sound healing with toning, chanting, singing bowls, and live acoustic music. At times, we may use aromatherapy and gentle massage. Other certified healing arts practitioners may come in from time to time to nurture you as well. Reiki can be done with no physical contact if preferred. Please let the instructor know if this is your preference!
This is a donation-based Energetic Healing Clinic provided by multiple healing practitioners.
Individual sessions will last for approximately 20 minutes and be provided by Taproot healing practitioners. Pick a time slot that works for you.
There will be limited space, if you choose to book please be considerate and let us know if you are unable to make it so that we may open up the opportunity to someone else.
This Clinic is for those interested in experiencing Energetic Healing the first time or for those wishing to receive Energetic Healing support in their lives. Energetic Healing or Energetic Medicine consists of the act of either laying on of hands or radiating healing energy for the purpose of helping support healing and harmony in a client's life. This process can result in an increase in harmony and well-being in one's life through the release of trauma, energetic blockages, and defenses as well as receiving resources one needs to create the healing in their life they desire! The use of Energetic Medicine can be accessed either as a standalone healing modality in your life or as a complementary modality to Allopathic Medicine.
