Full Moon Drum and Dance

Join Annaka and Tyler for a heart warming cacao Ceremony. Then enjoy a guided drum circle. The sounds of the beat lifting spirit and body into movement as we blend our drum circle into open dance. Drum and Dance help wake the inner child. Allowing us to unfurl the tensions that hold us. Join us for movement and celebrate the freedom it encourages.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a drum or shaker if you have it. Some will be provided.
