Join us for a special Mother’s Day Bring Your Mom to Pole class where you and your mom will share laughs, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories together. Moms will learn beginner-friendly pole moves in a safe and encouraging environment, while experienced students can show off a few of their favorite skills.
No experience is needed—just bring your mom, your smiles, and get ready to celebrate strength, connection, and a whole lot of fun!

In this 90 minute Chairography workshop you will embrace your sensuality on a new apparatus -- the chair! After a warm-up to get our bodies feeling great, we will dive into learning some beginner-friendly to intermediate choreography. Chairography is a dance style that combines sensual movement with the chair as a central prop. Expect hip rolls, hair flips, and other sensual body movements on and off the chair. You will have plenty of time to learn and practice the choreography and have the option to film yourself at the end of class. Knee pads recommended, barefoot/socks or heels optional (regular heels/stilettos, not pleasers).
Get ready for all the sensual feeling in this dance heels workshop! Join Dana Darlin as she guides you through a warm up and routine to unlock moves and flows that will take your choreography to the next level. You will have plenty of time to learn and practice the choreography and have the option to film yourself at the end of class. Dance heels recommended, barefoot welcome (no pole heels).
