Reiki level 1 is the beginning of your journey with understanding this form of energy work. This course will teach you the history of Reiki, what it is and how to use Reiki in your everyday life. Some of you reading this have had a reading 1:1 appointment or maybe some of you are reading this and have never experienced a Reiki session. For either scenario, your intuition and curiosity are calling. This practice can be for you or it can be something that you work to offer others. You will receive your first attunement to Reiki, which will aid you in being able to channel this energy. Our day will begin with meditation and theory; the second part of our day will be attunements and practice.
You will learn:
- the history of Reiki
- what is Reiki?
- how to apply Reiki to healing the body,
- the hand positions of Reiki for self and others
- to offer healing treatments for others
- about the subtle bodies (chakras)
- how to protect your energy fields and learn about cord-cutting

This 40-Hour Yoga Alliance certified training is an interactive and experiential journey into yin yoga. Through kinesthetic experience and mindful exploration, you'll deepen your love for this therapeutic practice and learn how to safely share it with others.

- What is Yin Yoga
- History of Yin Yoga
- Organ Meridian Theory – The physical, mental and emotional qualities of the twelve main organ meridians
- Analyze the nature of fascia and the location of the twelve myofscial lines. Compare how fascial trains correspond to both the meridian system in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chakra System of traditional yoga
- Learn the defining principles of Yin Yoga which enable the safe manipulation of fascial fabric
- Learn to sequence classes that take into consideration your students mental, physical and emotional condition by applying your knowledge of meridians and chakras to the manipulation of myofascial trains.
