This course covers Anterior (Front) Position

1. Introduces the concept of energy lines (SEN)

2. Teaches stretches, acupressure points, and proper use of body weight using thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet

3. Emphasizes deep-focused abdominal work

4. Upon completion students will be able to perform an effective 1 - 1 1/2 hour Thai Massage

9 a.m. - 5 p.m. each day

* For students who live in Saint Louis, you will have the opportunity for 1 private 1-1 mentorship, and unlimited practice time during Open Studio hours. Paid internship available at Align Massage & Yoga Wellness Studio.*
