Designed specifically for new
mums and taught by a skilled pregnancy yoga instructor, this course
will help you regain strength and flexibility as you are guided
through gentle exercises that are safe and beneficial for post
partum bodies.
The sessions offer a wonderful way of prioritising your wellbeing and bonding with your baby in a supportive and nurturing environment. Each session will end with tea and biscuits and will offer an opportunity to share experiences, tips and laughter with like-minded women who all are experiencing the joys and challenges of motherhood.
Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. And babies are, of course, welcome!
Please do not bring pushchairs into the building.
