Wednesdays 6PM - 7PM from 5th June to 24th July (8 classes)
This is an All Levels class which takes place ONLINE.
Online Pilates. This is a mixed ability class.
Some individual correction will be given but participants should
feel confident about managing their own bodies while exercising and
take responsibility for working within their capabilities.
Pilates is a body conditioning programme which helps build
strength, flexibility, control and endurance – emphasising
alignment, breath and development of a strong core.
These sessions are held online via the Zoom platform. Login details
will be emailed approx 24 hours before the start of the first
session.
