Judy will guide you through mindful exercises and techniques to help you connect with your body and find inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in moving mindfully, this event offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Through gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and meditation, you'll learn to cultivate awareness and focus on the present moment. Judy's expertise and passion for mindful movement will leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered.

The approach combines key elements of Pilates, Yoga and T’ai Chi with the principles of the Alexander Technique – and we’ve been running it with great success for over 30 years.
