Experience the Heart of Bhakti Yoga with Suzie.
Join Suzie for monthly Bhakti
Yoga gatherings—uplifting sessions rooted in mantra, kirtan,
and sacred sound. These heart-led spaces invite deep connection,
inner stillness, and joyful expression through voice, breath, and
community.
Blending devotional music with the healing power of sound, Suzie creates inclusive environments where people of all backgrounds can explore the spiritual and emotional depth of Bhakti Yoga. As a qualified sound therapist and devotional vocalist, she guides participants to connect through sacred sound, energy, and presence.
Suzie is a warm and inclusive yoga teacher who integrates movement, breath, and sound to support healing, connection, and growth. She completed her Hatha Yoga training in 2013, Kundalini Yoga in 2019, and is currently deepening her studies in Vinyasa Yoga.
Her yoga path began with a transformative trip to India at age 25, igniting a lifelong devotion to sharing heart-centered practices. Suzie works with people of all ages and needs, including families, SEND children and adults, and neurodiverse communities.
Suzie also offers Kundalini Yoga at the Centre on Tuesdays at 6pm.
