In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your own mineral-rich foot soak using magnesium flakes, salts, and botanicals… then settle in and experience it right away.
 
We’ll guide you through the benefits of each ingredient, help you blend a soak tailored to you, and then transition into a relaxing group foot soak using the blends you’ve just made.
 
This is part workshop, part ritual.

Grab your surfboard and join Nicole for this workshop for women of any age in the sea of perimenopause/menopause.

Mindfulness can reduce the severity, intensity, and duration of perimenopause and menopause symptoms and also positively influence how we experience them. Mindfulness practices are also an excellent complement to other menopause treatments and therapies.*

In an open and non-judgemental space, we’ll learn about, and practise, mindfulness and movement tools to help you tune in to what is happening in your mind and body, and be engaged and empowered as you surf your way through this transition. We’ll cover simple and effective mindfulness techniques along with beginner-friendly meditation, and gentle somatic yoga.
