If you’ve been running on adrenaline, decision fatigue, or that quiet background hum of stress, this is your reset.
 
For 90 minutes, there is nothing to manage, solve, or push through. Your only job is to rest.
 
Spring is nature’s reminder that the body is built for renewal. After long seasons of pushing through, the nervous system needs space to soften and begin again.
 
In our warm room, you’ll be fully supported and guided through Yoga Nidra, a structured meditation that brings you into the space between waking and sleeping. This is where the nervous system shifts into repair. Heart rate slows. Muscles soften. Breath deepens.
 
As you rest, layers of sound move through the room and through you. Vibration travels through tissue and fluid, giving the mind something steady to settle around. The jaw releases. The shoulders melt. The body begins to feel safe enough to relax.

Kalee and Tessa will gently guide you on a journey through meditation, intention setting, yin and restorative yoga, reiki energy, and more — a deeply nourishing experience designed to help you ground into the month ahead and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll begin by settling into stillness, allowing the breath and body to land and creating space to set gentle intentions for the weeks to come.

From there, we’ll move into long, supported yin and restorative postures, giving the nervous system permission to unwind and the heart to open.

As you rest, you’ll receive reiki energy — a subtle, powerful invitation for your body to soften, reset, and remember its natural rhythm.

A Feminine Cyclical Nervous System & Embodiment Journey

This series is an invitation to all women cycling, transitioning, and post-cycle to connect to their inner seasons. It is designed to help participants understand, and work with their hormonal rhythms, nervous system states, ties to the lunar cycles, Mother Earth's seasons + energetic cycles, and inner feminine archetypes in a grounded, accessible way.

Over four weeks, participants will explore the natural arc of their cyclical energy through movement, ritual, reflection, seasonal wisdom, elemental teachings, and practical nervous system tools.

Each week focuses on one phase of the cycle, explored through a seasonal, elemental, energetic, archetypal, and somatic lens.

Participants will:

  • Meet and embody their inner feminine archetypes
  • Understand their inner seasons, lunar ties and elemental correspondences
  • Receive a 30-minute embodied Yoga sequence with Cynthia that reflects the week's theme
  • Learn how to regulate their nervous system within each phase

Week 1 – The Wise Woman (New Moon / Winter / Earth)
Rooted in grounding and stillness, this week connects with deep rest and regulation.
Chakra focus: Root & Crown
Theme: Sacred descent, reflection, and restoration.

Week 2 – The Maiden (Waning Moon / Spring / Air)
Emerging energy, curiosity, and renewal.
Chakra focus: Sacral & Solar Plexus
Theme: Creative activation and planting intentions.

Week 3 – The Mother / Lover (Full Moon / Summer / Fire)
Radiance, visibility, connection, and expression.
Chakra focus: Heart
Theme: Confidence, communication, and embodied expansion.

Week 4 – The Wild Woman (Waning Moon / Autumn / Water)
Discernment, emotional truth, and boundary refinement.
Chakra focus: Throat & Third Eye
Theme: Integration, release, and honouring inner wisdom.

Each session includes:

  • Guided somatic practices
  • Nervous system / Chakra awareness education
  • Archetype & elemental teaching
  • A 30-minute embodied yoga sequence with Cynthia
  • Journaling & reflective prompts
  • Tactile ritual or craft integration

We welcome participants in all life stages. Menstruating, perimenopausal, post-menopausal, and gender diverse individuals who feel called to explore and honour the feminine cycle rhythms.
