You’re invited to step into the fire room and let the world soften around you. This is your space to slow down, arrive, and begin again.

Kalee and Tessa will gently guide you on a journey through meditation, intention setting, yin and restorative yoga, reiki energy, and more — a deeply nourishing experience designed to help you ground into the month ahead and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll begin by settling into stillness, allowing the breath and body to land and creating space to set gentle intentions for the weeks to come.

From there, we’ll move into long, supported yin and restorative postures, giving the nervous system permission to unwind and the heart to open.

As you rest, you’ll receive reiki energy — a subtle, powerful invitation for your body to soften, reset, and remember its natural rhythm.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and quietly ignited — centered in yourself and gently aligned for the month ahead.

A Journey Through Cacao, Movement & Sound

Join us for a deeply nourishing and intentional Mother’s Day experience, designed to honour, restore, and reconnect.

This 1.75 hour journey weaves together ceremonial cacao, somatic chakra movement, yin yoga, and live sound healing, creating a full-body experience that supports emotional and energetic release.

Cacao Ceremony
We begin with ceremonial cacao, known as the “food of the gods,” used to gently open the heart and deepen your connection inward. As we sip, you’ll be guided through intention setting, allowing the experience to unfold with clarity and presence.

Somatic Chakra Dance
This is not about performance or choreography, but about coming back into your body.

You’ll be guided through a somatic, chakra-based movement journey designed to help you feel, release, and move energy through each center. Through intuitive movement, breath, and awareness, the body begins to unwind stored tension, emotions, and patterns held beneath the surface.

This practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to yourself, allowing you to move in a way that feels natural, grounding, and freeing.

Yin Yoga + Sound Bath
We then transition into deeply supported yin postures, allowing the body to soften and integrate. As you rest, live sound healing with crystal bowls, chimes, and gong will move through the space, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.

This is an alchemy of movement, stillness, and sound. A journey inward where the body is felt, the heart opens, and the nervous system resets.

Each guest will receive a small curated gift bag as part of this special Mother’s Day offering.

Cacao will be prepared with ceremonial cacao, organic honey, almond milk, and cinnamon, with optional cayenne pepper added individually.

Important:
If you have any health conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine, or are taking SSRIs, antidepressants, or heart medications, please let us know when booking, as cacao may not be suitable for everyone.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate.
