Kalee and Tessa will gently guide you on a journey through meditation, intention setting, yin and restorative yoga, reiki energy, and more — a deeply nourishing experience designed to help you ground into the month ahead and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin by settling into stillness, allowing the breath and body to land and creating space to set gentle intentions for the weeks to come.
From there, we’ll move into long, supported yin and restorative postures, giving the nervous system permission to unwind and the heart to open.
As you rest, you’ll receive reiki energy — a subtle, powerful invitation for your body to soften, reset, and remember its natural rhythm.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and quietly ignited — centered in yourself and gently aligned for the month ahead.

This is how we begin the month… together.
In this 5-hour session, you will receive your Level I Reiki attunement, and receive the knowledge and skills needed to offer Reiki to yourself and others. Reiki can empower you to facilitate relaxation, stress reduction, intuition development, and physical and emotional wellness and balance for yourself and your loved ones. It’s also a wonderful tool to have in your self care toolbox. This training is open to anyone interested in energy work.

Feeling “tired but wired”? If you’re struggling with chronic stress, digestive issues, or an inability to truly relax, your nervous system may be stuck in a high-alert state. In this neuro-somatic workshop, we move beyond traditional yoga to target the Vagus Nerve—the “command center” of your body’s relaxation response.
The Focus: Neuro-exercises, humming, and gentle neck/diaphragm releases.
The Goal: To “tone” the Vagus nerve and build your resilience to daily stress.
All levels welcome. No yoga experience required.
