Through grounding movement, seasonal intention-setting, and a guided meditation acknowledging the directions and cycles of nature, we’ll align with the energy of emergence and growth.

Join us as we transform the studio into an after-hours experience.

Arrive early for a mocktail mixer. Grab a drink and step into the vibe before the heat turns up.

The night kicks off with 45 minutes of Hot Pilates and barre fusion. High energy. Powerful movement. Sweat, strength, and that electric group atmosphere that makes you feel fully alive in your body.

Then we shift.

45 minutes of Hot Yin. The heat stays on, the lights dim, and the pace slows. Deep, intentional holds layered with immersive sound to help your body unwind and your nervous system settle after the fire.

Join us for a magical afternoon of warmth and tranquility as we blend the heart-opening power of cacao with the healing vibrations of sound and the grounding stillness of Yin yoga.
 
Cacao Ceremony: Immerse yourself in the rich, ceremonial cacao, often referred to as the “food of the gods.” This special cacao is packed with antioxidants, magnesium, and flavonoids, promoting cardiovascular health and boosting mood. Known for its ability to enhance focus and emotional well-being, cacao stimulates the release of endorphins and serotonin, creating a sense of joy and connection. As we sip this delicious drink, we will set our intentions, and you’ll feel its gentle energy awaken your senses and encourage a meditative state.
 
Yin & Sound Bath: Following the cacao ceremony, Kalee will guide you through deeply supported Yin postures that mirror the energy of cacao and sound. Grounding shapes, heart-opening rests, and restorative integration. As you settle into stillness, Jeanine will weave a live soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs, attuning the vibrations to each moment.
 
This is an alchemy of ceremony, stillness, and sound. A journey inward where cacao opens the heart, Yin steadies the body, and vibration carries you deeper into renewal.

Breathwork Meditation

Breath. It’s there for you even when you don’t notice it. But what happens when you do notice it, and breathe with purpose and conviction?

Experience mental and physical relaxation as your Breathwork Facilitator guides you through a two-part breath meditation to first draw in energy or “Chi”, and then with intention, release stuck energy and restrictions in the physical body. This practice takes you into a deeper level of meditation that allows for greater self-connection and healing, with a focus on breath work designed to release build-ups where oxygen has not been able to penetrate due to shallow breathing.

Breathwork Meditation can:

  • Reduce symptoms of stress by shifting brainwaves
  • Increase energy levels by improving the oxygen capacity in your blood
  • Increase self-awareness by creating the space to go within
  • Improve sleep by calming the nervous system
  • Release trauma and fear stuck in the body by moving energy

Medical conditions that are not conducive to the breath practice include pregnancy, epilepsy, stroke, heart issues, heart attack, and use of a pacemaker.
