Balance & Bloom is a gentle, in-person 8-week journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.
Held at The Space, this registered class offers a supportive container for reflection, release, and personal growth. Through guided meditation, journaling, intentional rituals, and soulful practices, you’ll be invited to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
This is not
about fixing or striving.

While creatively discovering the different aspects/elements of a physical and mental yoga practice, your pre-teen will gain a deeper sense of self, create connections, make friends, and build self confidence.
Each week will be centered around a different theme and focused with a meditation, time for personal reflection, group discussion as well as a balancing and fun yoga sequence. Activities may also include mindfulness, storytelling, arts + crafts, breathing exercises, group games, journalling, singing, music, movement and more!
No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and don't forget the water!
