Mindfulness can reduce the severity, intensity, and duration of perimenopause and menopause symptoms and also positively influence how we experience them. Mindfulness practices are also an excellent complement to other menopause treatments and therapies.*
In an open and non-judgemental space, we’ll learn about, and practise, mindfulness and movement tools to help you tune in to what is happening in your mind and body, and be engaged and empowered as you surf your way through this transition. We’ll cover simple and effective mindfulness techniques along with beginner-friendly meditation, and gentle somatic yoga.

Pregnancy is a time of transition with many physical and emotional changes taking place. In Prenatal Yoga, we honour these changes in mind and body. Shapes and sequences are designed to maintain and develop the strength and stability needed for a comfortable pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. Breathwork and meditation aide with a more mindful approach to birth, as well as connect to baby and calm the mind.
