Chronic knots and stiff muscles are often a sign of dehydrated fascia. This workshop introduces you to Self-Myofascial Release (SMFR)—a therapeutic technique using pressure tools to unstick connective tissue. We will map out the body from feet to jaw, releasing the hidden sources of lower back and shoulder pain.

  • The Focus: SMFR techniques for the font and side lines of the body, Pin and Sheer methods, and fascial hydration.

  • The Goal: Instant increases in mobility and a significant reduction in chronic pain.

  • What to Bring: A yoga mat and water. (Therapy balls provided for use during class).
