guided through Yoga Nidra, a structured meditation that brings you
into the space between waking and sleeping. This is where the
nervous system shifts into repair. Heart rate slows. Muscles
soften. Breath deepens.
As you rest, layers of sound move through the room
and through you. Vibration travels through tissue and fluid, giving
the mind something steady to settle around. The jaw releases. The
shoulders melt. The body begins to feel safe enough to relax.
