This retreat is designed to help you hit pause on the hustle and bustle of daily life. The secluded but well-appointed venue has been carefully chosen to help you get away from the crowds, but still have the magic of nature, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and hot showers, multiple dining options, and inclusive activities which are fun for all ages. We practice traditional Hatha Yoga with chants, pranayama, and meditation as a complete practice.
