This FALL portion meets scheduled Saturdays and/or Sundays. This teacher training includes:

• History, Ethics, and Pilates Principles

• Anatomy of Movement and Body & Gait analysis

• Full classical Pilates mat repertoire and pre-pilates movement

• Pilates Reformer apparatus and accessories

• Programming and class design

• Special Populations: common injuries, modifications, and contraindications
