This 8 week series is designed to help fathers to be the best version of themselves for their children and family. Connect with other dads and dive into ways you can nurture the key relationships in your life: your relationship to self, relationship with partner or co-parent, relationship with your child(ren), and your relationship with a family of origin.

Group meets in-person & via Zoom

This two hour workshop, facilitated by an IBCLC, is designed to prepare you and your partner for a successful breastfeeding/chestfeeding journey. Learn about the mechanics of lactation, how to make sure baby is properly latched, tips for boosting milk supply, and ways to care for yourself throughout the process. Breastfeeding is a team sport and partners are encouraged to attend.

This childbirth class is designed to prepare families for the birth they desire in any setting and with any provider. The course happens over five consecutive weeks. We will cover: establishing your birth support team, different birth locations, identifying your birth preferences, the mechanics of birth, setting up your birth space, non-medicinal coping techniques, interventions (including a backup cesarean plan), and preparing for a successful transition into life with baby.

Birth Partners are encouraged to attend.

WHAT IS A BLESSINGWAY RED TENT WOMEN’S CIRCLE?

Blessingways are traditionally known as a way of offering a Mother Blessing Ceremony to celebrate and honor a new mama before her babe is born. It is an offering, a blessing, for the woman and can be done in addition to or in place of a “Baby Shower”.

We are gathering on August 17, 2024 to Celebrate being a Woman. It is for ALL women whether you are a mother or not. We deserve to celebrate and be celebrated for ALL that we are and ALL that we create and ALL that we carry!

Women BIRTH many things in their lives, and we are coming together to acknowledge and honor ourselves and each other through sharing our stories, music, writing and ritual.

You will come into a beautiful space intentionally set to support relaxation, connection, authenticity and you will leave with a “full cup”, feeling a sense of lightness and sense of warmth and connection to both yourself and the women around you.

Come as you are, however you are. You are welcomed in with open arms and an open heart.

The Blessingway and Red Tent Circle is not associated with a singular path or religion, but rather, an inclusive, co-created space that is intended to allow all to feel comfortable and safe.
