Creative & Immersive Moss Art Workshop & Meditation

Begin with a guided forest journey meditation with Mei-Ling, designed to evoke your inner creative. Through breath and imagery, you’ll be invited to wander an inner forest—awakening the senses, grounding the nervous system, and opening space for inspiration to flow naturally.

 

From here, Snizhana will bring nature even closer with this immersive, tactile experience. Step by step, you’ll create a living composition, combining natural materials, textures, andyour own feelings.

 

Working with moss is a calm, almost meditative process that creates more than just an art piece—it becomes a personal memory of forest walks, travel moments, quiet reflection, and a sense of home.

 

Experience slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and capturing the atmosphere of the moment long after it ends.

Your hips are more than just joints — they’re a powerful center of stability, movement, and support for the entire body. When tension builds in the hips and pelvis, it can ripple into the low back, knees, posture, and even the way you breathe and move through daily life.

 

This season, we’ll dive into a physical and anatomical map of your body to help you understand how you move. Combining mindful movement, self-release techniques, and body awareness practices to help you feel more open, grounded, and aligned.

 

Using common props and therapy balls, Sherry will guide you through intentional methods like “Oil & Floss”, “Roll & Release”, and wake up “Sleepy” muscles.

 

Feel the “Ripple Effect” and leave feeling lighter, more supported, and deeply reset in your body. Plus, takeaway practical tools and techniques you can carry into your yoga practice and daily life.
