Join Sherry each week as she invites you into steady movement, mindful breath, and moments of stillness that nourish the body and settle the mind.
You’ll learn foundational postures with care and clarity, while exploring how yoga can gently weave itself into your daily life - offering grounding, ease, and a steadier way of being far beyond the mat.
Series includes:
- A weekly (Thursday) 90-minute guided session to learn, unwind, and grow.
- An additional (Sunday) 60-minute guided class to gently deepen your practice.
- A guest pass so someone you love can walk beside you.
- Reflection cards to witness your own inner unfolding and journey + guided meditation.

Alissa Hill is a Registered Professional Counsellor (MPCC-Provisional), experienced yoga teacher, and wellness facilitator dedicated to the intersection of mental health, movement, and mindfulness. With over 6 years teaching across North & South America and a background in somatic and trauma-informed practices, Alissa supports others in cultivating nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.
Her work bridges the worlds of counselling and wellness practice, helping individuals reconnect to their bodies, soften inner narratives, and build greater capacity for presence and self-trust. Through her writing and facilitation, Alissa offers spaces of grounded reflection and gentle transformation.
