This is a gentle yoga class designed for the post-partum body where moms can participate with their babies. The class will allow you to stretch, strengthen, breathe, and connect to your post partum body and your pelvic floor. Participants must be at least 6 weeks post-partum and babies are welcome to attend as long as they are not mobile.
