
This class will explore intuitive movement to create more awareness in the ever-changing female body, with a strong emphasis of strengthening the lower body as well as creating opening in the hips. We will practice different breath and relaxation techniques while opening the dialog with your unborn child. Recommended for all stages of pregnancy.
Join us outside on our beautiful Nature Trail for Stroller FIT! This class is a full body workout designed especially for the postpartum body, as there is an added focus on breath and the pelvic floor. Exercises are performed with our body weight, strollers, and sometimes some resistance bands or light weights. This class provides a fun and social way for new parents to stay active while bonding with their baby and spending time outdoors. It also provides a supportive environment for new moms to connect with others who are going through a similar experience.
During inclement weather, class will take place in the Breathe Studio.
Participants are asked to bring water and a towel or yoga mat to put on the grass for the floor portion of the workout.
