Join Cole for a one-of-a-kind, 4 week series created for those with Perimeopausal symptoms like loss of sleep, focus, flexibility, strength, motivation and lust for life (just to name a few).
Each week will feature Yogic philosophy and exlpore various pranayama (breathwork) techniques to reduce stress and tune into the present moment.
Weekly myofascial releases and warm-ups are geared to decrease tension, rigidity and negativity in the mind/body.
Thoughtful movement (including Restorative & Hatha poses) will stretch, strengthen & soften different regions of the body throughout the series,
Class will be held in Studio B (in the A/C, yay)! Set-ups will include bolsters & blankets, so space is limited to 6 students.
Yogis will be gifted a myofascial ball, as well as a journal to jot down thoughts during our time together.
