8 Week Self-Defence Series May 12 - June 30

This series blends high quality training with functional
movement, conditioning, and practical technical skills rooted in
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai techniques—all designed to
improve performance both inside and outside the gym.
Participants will learn takedown and breakfall concepts,
movement and leverage patterns for both stand-up and groundwork,
effective striking and blocking systems, and technical skills for
self-defense application and strategic, well-rounded fitness.
Each week builds progressively combining technique, movement,
and drills designed to challenge the body, build muscle memory, and
sharpening response time in both a fun and effective way.
No previous experience required - open to all ages and fitness
levels.
