Chi Omega's philanthropy is Make-A-Wish. Each year, Chi Omega hosts events to raise money, as well as committing to numerous hours of community service in support of Make-A-Wish.
Join us as we partner with the Psi Chapter of Chi Omega for our annual Yoga for Wishes. This is a fun, all-levels yoga class taught by Stephani Jungmeyer, a Psi Chi Omega alum. 100% of the proceeds from this class will be donated to Make-A-Wish Mid-South. Please bring your own mat.
$30 per session; Join Melody for an evening of soothing sound and breath work, the 3rd Sunday of each month, 7:15-8:45pm.
As we find stillness, we will soften and release into sound using a variety of instruments including crystal and metal singing bowls. The vibration will permeate our bodies and spirits as it dissolves any lingering tension and allows us to soften more deeply into our selves and into the moment.
The sound bath will be split up into 20 minute increments with time for silence and integration in between.
Bring pillows, props, blankets and anything else you'd like to feel cozy!

In this class, you’ll explore how your vagus nerve and fascia quietly guide the way your body and mind respond to life. With simple breathing practices, guided mind-body exercises, and greater self-awareness, you’ll learn how to signal safety to your system, melt tension, and invite deep relaxation.
You’ll also discover how creating calm doesn’t just feel good in the moment—it can have a profound effect on your long-term health, resilience, and overall well-being.
This isn’t just theory—you’ll feel the change in your body before you leave. And you’ll take home tools you can use anytime to return to calm, no matter what life throws at you.
Come ready to breathe, soften, and experience how much lighter life feels when your nervous system is on your side.

Join Ashleigh for a 90-minute Yin Yoga practice in honor of the Winter Solstice & in preparation for the quiet winter months ahead.
Saturday December 20th | 4:00-5:30pm, $30/person.
This traditional Yin practice will be woven with wisdom from Chinese Meridian Theory, focused on stimulating the Kidney & Urinary Bladder Meridians to create inner balance. Winter is a cold, wet, dark, and quiet season, so the postures within our sequence will be focused on self-nourishing, creating inner warmth, and and stimulating energetic fluidity within the body.
My hope is that practitioners call upon this practice all Winter long - using some or all of the postures as needed - to find balance when feeling sluggish, down, or drained during the upcoming cold months. This practice will be restorative in nature, and open to all levels.
The studio will be candlelit and the sequence set to tranquil music. A yoga bolster, blanket, and 2 blocks will be provided for all participants - option to your own additional props as wanted.
