Silent Yin & Gong Workshop

This workshop brings together a beautiful mix of silence and sound which is a very healing combination. Raeeka will lead you through a silent Yin class which targets your deep connective tissues. It is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
In the last 30-45 minutes you can lie back, relax and enjoy the soothing effects of a Gong bath.
The gong is an ancient instrument of healing and transformation. Multiple tones and overtones build as it is played, creating layers of sound which can be directly felt by those experiencing it.
The gong will help clear your mind of negative thoughts and will leave you feeling calm and de-stressed.
