A soul-nourishing yoga experience for
yourself—
or the goddess in your life.
Begin with a gentle heart-opening cacao meditation, inviting you to soften, connect, and set intention.
Move into a slow, feminine Goddess Flow, designed to awaken your body and reconnect you to your inner power.
From there, melt into a deeply restorative Yin + Sound Bath experience, where you’ll be supported with essential oils as the meditative tones of singing bowls guide you into rest.
Sink… soften… receive.
Afterward, enjoy the sweetness of community as we gather with cacao, hand selected tea and light treats.
You’ll leave with a small
parting gift—
a token of our love and gratitude.
Come as you are. Leave renewed.
✨ Spaces are limited—reserve yours now to honor the goddess within.
