this workshop, you'll be invited into deeper connection with
yourself through breath work, mindfulness, compassionate inquiry,
and intuitive movement.
We'll move, breathe, journal, and share our insights as we explore the basic concepts of therapeutic somatic skills & learn to bridge the mind body gap in the process!
This is the pre-requisite for our monthly somatic circles. The next circle “Circle of Mothers” begins January 18th, meeting monthly through May.
You'll be empowered in learning:
What “Somatic” means & How to appply the principles of somatics in daily life
How your nervous system works & how to self regulate /or seek co-regulation
How to move through your emotions without getting stuck in them
How to be in your body & connect with your intuition
Increase your sense of safety & connection within yourself
This workshop serves as an introduction and prerequisite to Soma Circle. The next Soma Circle Sessions (drop-in) will be held in November and December.
About the Facilitator:
Sarah Wildwood, MA, RYT200+, LPC Associate
Sarah is a Neurodivergent Somatic Psychotherapist & Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher specializing in transformational Mindfulness & Body-based practices. Sarah is also a mother of two, visual artist, poet, and deep thinker who loves to dance. She has become an advocate for grief after a series of personal losses and leans into the dance between joy and sorrow.
SomaCircle & Somatic teachings and practices draw from a variety of trauma-informed therapeutic modalities including Somatic Experiencing and Hakomi & is well rooted in the science & psychology of mind-body connection.

A supportive, body based women's circle for learning and belonging.
This somatic circle is designed to be a soul tonic for all mamas. We'll explore topics related to raising children in a tribeless culture, touching on the tender topics of isolation, grief, guilt, enoughness, and learn & practice skills to return home to our deep selves so we can mother from the heart. $45 drop in or $200 for all 5 sessions (see Store for package). Meets on the 3rd Sunday monthly January through May. You may attend one, a few, or all sessions.
Somatic Skills 101 is a pre-requisite for all somatic circles, and is offered regularly throughout the year. When registering for Circle of Mothers, please also register for one of the upcoming Somatic Skills 101 workshop. This gives all atendees a common ground in learning the language of the body.

Yoga for Bone Health
This workshop is designed for anyone looking to strengthen their bones naturally — whether you’ve been diagnosed with osteopenia, osteoporosis, or simply wish to prevent bone loss as you age.
Grounded in medical research, this practice focuses on specific yoga postures and alignment techniques proven to support and improve bone density. Through mindful movement and sustained poses, you’ll learn how to safely build strength, stability, and confidence in your body.
