This is part of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Graduates of other yoga teacher trainings are welcome to attend to further their education.

This class we are focusing on giving back to those who are always giving. Expect slow, restorative poses with longer holds, allowing the body to fully soften and release. Throughout the practice, you’ll be guided into a deeply nourishing, hands-on experience. Laura will offer gentle head and shoulder assists to help relax the entire body and support deep rest.
*aromatherapy is used during this class.

Join is for a nourishing day dedicated to aging well through movement, mindfulness, and holistic practices. This thoughtfully designed workshop blends yoga, strength-building, and the wisdom of Ayurveda to help you cultivate balance, vitality, and sustainable well-being.
We’ll begin by connecting as a group before moving into an energizing yoga-with-weights session. After a relaxing lunch,* you’ll explore how Ayurvedic principles can support longevity in modern life, followed by a strength-focused asana practice to build resilience in both body and mind.
The afternoon continues with interactive Ayurvedic self-care rituals—simple, daily practices you can bring home with you. We’ll close the day with gentle movement, hands-on relaxation, a sage cleanse, and a soothing sound meditation to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply cared for.
Come as you are and leave with tools, knowledge, and inspiration to support your long-term wellness journey.
