Tight hips and hamstrings can cause all sorts of pain in your
ankles, knees, hips and lower back. This hip focused workshop with
Evie will unravel tension stored in your hips. Sink into delicious
hip-release poses designed to stretch the muscles that have you
feeling all tied up.
Evie will also explore a variety of movements together to dive deeper into understanding how to balance, release, and strengthen the muscles and fascia surrounding the low back, pelvis, and hips to improve overall hip health.
You will LOVE the feeling that comes with properly stretched hips and hamstrings!
This workshop is recommended for all levels of yoga
practitioners (whether your hips are tight or flexible).
