Join Kiana and Lorry for a 90-minute Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing experience centered on The Quiet Beginning, a gentle invitation to let rest, rather than effort, be the starting point of the year.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practiced lying down that brings the body into deep, restorative rest while the mind remains softly aware. Through guided breath, body awareness, and imagery, Kiana will lead you into a profoundly calming state that supports nervous system regulation, emotional reset, and deep restoration.

Sound healing weaves seamlessly into this practice, using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and harmonic tones to support the brain’s natural shift into meditative states. Lorry Green, Certified Sound Healer, will intuitively layer therapeutic sound throughout the practice to help quiet mental chatter, deepen relaxation, and create a felt sense of safety and spaciousness in the body. Paired together, Yoga Nidra and sound healing create a powerful container for stillness, subtle insight, and inner listening.

This practice honors calm, rest as medicine, and the wisdom that arises when we slow down. Rather than pushing toward goals or resolutions, you’ll be invited to listen inwardly and allow clarity to emerge in its own time.
