We’ll start with a gentle group stretch led by a certified instructor — perfect for all fitness levels and safe for postpartum bodies. Then we’ll head out for a relaxing stroller-friendly walk, giving you the chance to chat, laugh, and bond with fellow moms.

Belly Dance Workshop: Awaken Your Inner Goddess
Join us for a fun, empowering, and rhythm-filled Belly Dance Workshop — perfect for beginners and dance lovers of all levels!

Led by Danielle, a passionate and experienced belly dancer of 20 years, this workshop is all about celebrating femininity, self-expression, and joy in a supportive, welcoming space.

About the workshop:
The handstand workshop will be open level, giving the opportunity for beginners who have never done a handstand to try something new. Some of us who are more advanced will also be challenged with some press handstand drills, fun transitional movement and developing an understanding for their body in space.
The workshop will include a 10-15 minute warm up, including core, lower - upper body as well as wrist mobility and waking up of the hip flexors and hamstrings. There will be 1.5 hours of handstand drills that will be done individually and in partners. There will be a 10 minute period of arm balancing and followed by a 5 minute cool down period. Questions at any point during the workshop are welcome, the more the better, to help develop that deeper understanding asking questions and experimenting with the movements is always going to bring out the best experience.
The students should expect to be challenged. They should arrive with a positive attitude and not only encourage themselves but uplift those around them. Everyone is at a different point in their journey and we can all learn something from each other. The students should expect to be partnered up with individuals who are close to their level of practice. This is a friendly environment with zero judgement so everyone should feel challenged but keep the temperament to a light happy enjoyable time!.

Joe loves all things movement and is passionate about sharing his enthusiasm for Mobility, inversions, arm balances and funky transitions.
Arriving with a positive outlook and an open mind, Joe has the ability to help you realize your potential and overcome your fears.
Joe’s classes are playful, challenging, energetic and motivating!
