Our Gentle Bloom Prenatal Yoga Series provide expectant mothers with a nurturing environment tailored specifically to their unique needs during pregnancy. Guided by Tina Sanders. Tina is a 200 hour Yoga Teacher with specific training in pre and post natal yoga, and is a new mum herself, so she is very aware of the changes that occur within the body during and after pregnancy.

- Week 2 & 4: Emotional Detox – release the emotional baggage you’ve been carrying. With curated intentions, you will create more space for inner peace and balance.
