Bond & Bloom is a postnatal Yoga Series aimed to provide mothers and their babies time to connet and move. Classes are curated to help mom rediscover her body and breath postpartum.

Mothers interested in attending Postnatal yoga should be a minimum of 6-weeks post-partum and baby should be pre-crawling.

Dates: May 1-3 & 8-10 (2 weekends)
Weekend 1: Friday 6-9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm
Weekend 2: Friday 6-9pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-4pm
Prerequisite: Students must have, at minimum, completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training from a recognized school.
Vibe Ten Yoga School is a registered Yoga Alliance school. Training hours may be submitted for Continuing Education credits.
Cost: $825 - A 50% deposit non-refundable is due at the time of enrollment.
