Join us for a 6-part series workshop focusing on the key pieces of yoga: breathing, patience with our body or self-compassion, strength, meditation, balance and flexibility. This all-levels workshop series will focus on one of these topics in each class, to go into depth about how to use key aspects like your breath to grow your yoga practice. With focus on self-compassion exercises and yoga movement, each class builds onto one another or can be taken separately.
