If you’ve been dealing with low back discomfort, hip tightness, or feel like you just can’t quite “find” your core — this series is for you. These issues often come down to pelvic floor dysfunction - but that doesn’t mean you have to live with them.

 

Over 3 weeks, we’ll break things down and build them back up the right way:

• how to breathe and create supportive core pressure

• how to engage (and relax) your pelvic floor

• how your glutes, hips, and core all work together

Then learn how to apply it all to workouts and real-life movement

 

This is not about doing more — it’s about doing it better.

 

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your body, plus take-home exercises you can actually stick to.
