Allow us to guide you through a thoughful two hour PAUSE to reset.
Enjoy some Happy Hips, Hot Stone, Sound Baths and meditation, allowing you to find stillness in the mind. Class will begin with soft gentle stretches (for everyBODY and gender) that will allow you to be ready to receive for the Hot Stone portion. You will be placed in restorative postures and a layering on and off of hot stones, blankets and extras. We will finish with a soft meditation. During this process, we will weave a sound immersions, peppered throughout, allowing the vibrations to radiate through your body.
There is NO need to have experience with yoga. Class is designed for all bodies and minds (inflexible, active mind, relaxed, hyper or new to Vicki Tree). It all works!
