this 90 min relaxation experinece that infuses sound immersion into
a hot stone class.
Class will consist of 4 soothing postures where we will weave sound immersion peppered throughout. The hot stones and sound vibrations radiating through your body will allow you to relax and dive deep into a state of relaxation allowing tension to release from your body.
There is NO need to have experience with yoga. Class is designed for all bodies and minds (inflexible, active mind, relaxed, hyper or new to Vicki Tree). It all works!
Investment: $75 per person (each person registers themselves if you bring someone)

Facilitator: Virginia (accompanied by MJ Crawford for sound immersion)
CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers for
any cancellations 2 week from date of class. The instructors and
the space are booked well in advance. Given these type of classes
fill up quickly at time of release, many people subsequently make
other plans, thus making it difficult to fill the spot with late
cancellations (that would have otherwise be filled). Thank you for
your understanding.
