New Years Dance Party!

Wednesday December 31st at 7.30pm, join us for a fun night of
music, dance and community to kick off New Year’s Eve. Michael Stein will lead the improv movement with dance
cues and an energetic playlist.
Bring percussive instruments if you have them.
Open to people of all ages and no experience is needed. Just
bring your passion and your willingness to explore your own
rhythm.
All proceeds will go to help people in need.
Suggested donation is $15, but no one is turned away for lack
of funds.

Come join the Vitality Yogis on this 3-day yoga adventure to the Berkshire Yoga Festival! This pass will get you in the door to enjoy 3 days of workshops from internationally known teachers. Workshops include yoga, meditation, chanting, lectures, and more. If you've never been to a yoga festival, this one is top-notch... and only 90 minutes away!
The 3 days Vitality will be there will be Friday-Sunday, but you can opt for Thursday-Saturday by contacting the studio.
Maggie will be teaching Meridian Flow for the heart on Sunday morning, June 14, at 8:30 a.m.
