Included each week:

Weekly LIVE conversations addressing our difficult emotions, followed by meditations and breathwork to release anger and stress and build emotional resiliency. The recordings will be available for practice daily.

Weekly breathwork and Qigong classes are designed to open up and clear the liver and heart’s energetic channels, which can become stagnant and weak with stress and anger.

Weekly yoga class to build emotional strength and observe how we can cultivate endurance with mindful teachings and stories that help us shift anger and stress to a peaceful and inspired mind.
