Laura LeDuc is the Founder & Owner of Vos Fitness and has spent nearly 25 years in the fitness industry. She has studied in multiple disciplines of fitness, wellness and nutrition. She is a certified Pilates and Personal Trainer, has a master’s in Kinesiology and Sport and Exercise Psychology. Her passion is making fitness and wellness a part of your life. 

Jim O'Brien is passionate about helping people. During his career, he has grown from personal trainer and group fitness instructor to a regional fitness educator for Massachusetts, Rhode Island and NYC, coaching and assisting professional coaches. He was even recognized as a top three finalist for Regional Fitness Educators at Orangetheory Fitness in 2022. He has been blessed to work with a wide variety of people helping them to hit their goals, but also empower them through exercise. My “North Star” is helping people get all that they can from their daily lives, moving better, feeling stronger and being more confident.
