Change is difficult and the changes we make to improve our health often seem simple but that does not mean they are easy. They are some of the most difficult changes we make in our lives. The Reset and Recharge workshop is led by certified Health and Wellness coaches with the objective of helping you define and move forward with your health goals. This is your chance to hit the Reset button and make the steps to change your life.
-You will learn what goes into your overall health and well-being. It goes well beyond eating well or staying physically fit and can involve literally any aspect in your life.
-We will help you identify:
- Areas that may be affecting your health or your life
- Something you want to improve
- An unhealthy habit you'd like to break
- Anything new you want to begin or introduce into your life
-Guided by your coach, you will create a roadmap that works for you. One that works for your body, for your lifestyle and for your mind. You will leave with a plan and feeling confident about how to get started and more importantly, how to achieve long-term sustainable success.
The program runs for 4 consecutive months and includes the following:
- Monthly group meeting led by the coach
- Simple, achievable action items to work on during the week
- Additional educational material, tips and motivation
- Access to the coaches for all the support you need
