Spring Shred- M/W @9 am

Spring Shred Challenge is an 8 week progressive overload full body heavy strength training program that will run from March 30 - May 22, 2026 in the Wabi Sabi Studio.

Limited spaces are available in each group so please enroll in the time slot that works best for you. You can always make up a missed class on Fridays Flex classes at 11 am.

The program includes an orientation on Wednesday, March 25th at either 8 am, 9 am, 10 am or noon. We'll go over your personal goals, take progress photos and measurements as well as a strength assessment. You'll be locked into your twice a week session and have 1-2 homework plans to follow on your own.

SHRED SEASON means we are focusing on nutrition with weekly challenges and guided support if you are looking to lock in on your body recomp. Tracking your nutrition and body comp is optional but included in this season.

Looking for a third day for strength training? Make sure to add on A&A on Fridays at either 5:30 am, 9 am or 10 am to your plan. Due to high demand- this class will be lock in first and then available spots will be open for drop ins.

School of Strength- Spring 2025

School of Strength is an after elementary school program designed as a progressive overload full body strength session that meets twice a week for 45 mins. Kids are welcome to tag along to the studio or exercise next to you with light weights or body weight while you get in a heavy lift!

 

School staff special pricing is $240 instead of $360 and it includes the 12 workout classes within the program on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:15 pm.

 

Winter dates are locked in from March 30 - May 22
