You already know your microbiome directly impacts our mood, mental clarity, anxiety & stress levels. See through the trendy hot topics, industry marketing, & endless generic articles and GAIN:
• Practical nutrition strategies that support gut integrity & neurotransmitter balance.
• Your own tools for nervous system regulation that complement digestive health.
• Clarity on topics like probiotics, prebiotics, fermented foods, inflammation, dysbiosis, nutrient deficiencies & more in an evidence-based lens.
• Confidence to make informed, personalized choices rather than relying on trends.
This class explores the groundbreaking science behind the gut-brain axis and how your microbiome plays a central role in emotional wellbeing. In this class, you'll learn how the gut produces and regulates key neurotransmitters that directly influence mood, anxiety, and mental clarity. We’ll break down the latest research on how gut inflammation, dysbiosis, and nutrient deficiencies disrupt this delicate balance, and what you can do to restore it. You’ll gain practical tools for targeted nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and nervous system regulation. We’ll also clear up common confusion around probiotics, prebiotics, and fermented foods—what actually works, what to avoid, and how to personalize your approach. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, this class will empower you with a deeper understanding of your second brain—and how to support it for true emotional resilience.
