Breathwork sessions at the Mind Body Project are guided by experienced instructors, including yoga teachers well-versed in the art of intentional breathing. Whether it’s a breathwork session focused on deep relaxation or a breathwork exercise to relieve anxiety, the central nervous system responds positively to these intentional breathing practices.
The Mind Body Project’s ice baths are designed to promote recovery and optimize physical well-being through the application of hydrostatic pressure and frigid water. These ice baths are ideal for individuals seeking active recovery after an intense workout or athletes looking to accelerate muscle repair. By sitting upright in the barrel stand filled with ice and water at an optimal temperature, the body experiences the benefits of hydrostatic pressure, which can aid in reducing inflammation and swelling caused by muscle damage.
This instudio experience is limited to 20 individuals. Please wear comfortable clothing, clothing/ swimwear for the ice bath, and bring a towel.
