May 8: Understanding Our Triggers, Jen Donovan

What if our triggers are not problems, but doorways to unresolved parts of ourselves? This night of guided journaling and discussion will help you tackle difficult emotions and experiences with structure, safety, and greater clarity.

June 12: TBD with Jessie

A member led group for connecting, learning something new, and sharing.

  • 6:30 arrive, feel free to bring snacks & bev. to share (veg).
  • 6:30- 8 we will gather and be led for the month's group member.

  • Come wearing what you feel good in.

  • Chairs, blankets, bolsters, & mats will beavailable for everyone’s comfort.

  • We may invite you to bring something - please check your email.
  • Afterwards, feel free to take the conversation & community out to another local establishment for more chats & time if you choose.
  • For those who identify as women.
  • Pricing is on a sliding scale.

June: Managing Menopause Through the Summer with Nicole E.

An educational and supportive women’s discussion group exploring evidence-informed, whole-body approaches to navigating menopause during the summer season. Together, we will discuss common symptoms such as heat sensitivity, sleep disruption, mood changes, inflammation, fatigue, and nervous system stress while exploring practical lifestyle tools, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and wellness strategies that may support greater balance and comfort.
