As things start to shift this time of year, this is a chance to slow down for a few hours and let your body settle into a different pace.

What’s been sitting with you lately? and what might be ready to shift, even just a little?

You’ll move through the evening in a simple rhythm warming up, cooling down, and taking time in between to sit, reset, or just be for a minute.

We’ll come together for breathwork, and close the night with an orchestration of sound that gives you a chance to fully settle before heading back into the night.
